Peter, a partner and the US lead for Calysta, is responsible for building connections and strategic partnerships. His goal is to bring more business to our Brussels headquarters.
Maximizing Efficiency
While Peter effectively utilizes conferences and has access to great intelligence tools, these resources do not provide the level of detailed customization and specificity needed to efficiently build the right future business-generating relationships.

#1 Systematic Hyper-Targeted Outreach
A detailed process of identifying and prioritizing 100 most promising companies from a pool of 784 US companies with 20+ EP filings.
This involves comprehensive research based on revenue, funding, employee count, and legal team setup, alongside news monitoring, a tailored LinkedIn strategy, and personalized outreach conducted throughout the engagement period.
#2 Tactical Conference Outreach Support
Comprehensive pre and post-conference strategy, including systematic attendee scraping and identification (e.g., 1050+ attendees, with 24 top prospects identified for AIPLA).
This involves personalized outreach based on relevant priorities research and the development of effective follow-up templates to maximize networking and engagement.
#3 Content Calendar & LinkedIn Marketing
Optimizing LinkedIn profiles (headline, banner, about section) and implementing strategic content marketing with one weekly post for 13 weeks.
This includes thought leadership articles, event updates, and company reposts, all scheduled two weeks in advance for consistent engagement.

Tactical Conference Outreach Support
Provides comprehensive support for Calysta's participation in a few industry events - maximizing visibility and networking opportunities - expanded on the work we've done in October 2025 during POC stage for AIPLA 2025 conference.

Establish consistent and impactful online presence for Peter through 1) assistance with improving the profile according to the best practices (»Peter's profile is our key relationship building asset«) + 2) strategic content marketing (1 post weekly for 13 weeks )

  • Developing a content calendar for the 13 weeks of the engagement (1 post weekly, mix of thought leadership, IRL event updates & company reposts)

  • Thought leadership article concept generation and drafting (based on provided expertise)

Commercial Terms: Price, Payment & Else
Project Pricing Structure
Our pricing is structured as a fixed 5k USD monthly retainer, ensuring predictable costs and dedicated resources for the duration of the engagement. This model supports continuous value delivery across all agreed-upon workstreams.
Project Duration
The project requires significant setup, discovery, and foundational work in the first month, with measurable outcomes emerging in months two and three. For this reason, the engagement is structured as a minimum three-month term to ensure both parties realize the intended value.
Payment Schedule
First Invoice is issued upon executing the contract and will be due either in 5 business days or 2 days before the Kick Off, whatever is sooner.
Invoices for the month 2 and 3 will be due 1 and 2 months respectively from the project Kick Off. They will be issued and delivered 14 days before their due date to afford for sufficient processing time.
Terms and Conditions
A formal service agreement outlining the scope of work, confidentiality, intellectual property, and termination clauses will be provided for review and signature.
What's Included in the Price
The agreed-upon monthly retainer covers all activities detailed in Workstreams 1, 2, and 3, including content creation, outreach efforts, monitoring, and strategic support, $$$ of tools costs already included in the retainer.
Project scope can be changed upon mutual agreement.
